Pamela Luteran
Chief Executive Officer
Pamela founded LMP Financial Group and Califon Software Solutions in 2007, specializing in custom commission and analytical software, proprietary customized financial reporting and outsourced back office operations. Prior to starting LMP Financial Group, Pamela worked for Fortune 500 companies and managed IT consulting engagements, including Lehman Brothers, while gaining an extensive background in accounting and financial reporting in the healthcare, broker dealer and asset management community. Pamela recognized the importance of data access and retrieval and reporting requirements for the end user and the positive effects that it has on corporate financial growth.
Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Marywood University and is currently attending University of Maryland for a Master's in Accounting and Financial management.
Chief Technology Officer
David Diano
David is Califon Software Solutions' long-term technology visionary. Prior to joining LMP Financial Group and Califon Software, David gained experience as a software developer in the private and public sectors as a software consultant. His expertise includes developing data implementation software infrastructure for companies in the financial services, healthcare and leisure verticals.
David holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Math and Physics from Cornell University.
Carol Bandille
Advisory Board
Carol focuses on the growth of LMP Financial Groups' back office outsourcing division in the asset management community. Carol co-founded HGK Asset Management (HGK), a firm that has 200 clients worldwide and $2.5 billion of assets under management. As the chief administrative officer, Carol had been with HGK since the firms inception in 1983 and was a member of their board of directors. Carol built and maintained HGKs office operations overseeing accounting and human resources. Pror to joining HGK, Carol managed the back office investment operations for L. F. Rothschild, Unterberg and Towbins Asset Management.
Carol attended NYU Stern School of Business for a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Steven Eric Malin
Advisory Board
Steven directs the corporate strategy for LMP Financial Group and Califon Software Solutions. Prior to joining LMP Financial Group, he was a managing partner at Sett & Lucas, an M&A company focused on technology and business service verticals. Steven co-founded the securities brokerage firm AB Watley Group. As the chairman and CEO of the firm for over 20 years, he was responsible for corporate growth and strategy, developing business in new markets and implementing policy. He began his career at Tullett Prebon as a foreign exchange derivatives broker in Tokyo.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Vassar College and attended the Master's program at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of Tufts University in cooperation with Harvard University. In addition, he has a certificate of portfolio management from the New York Institute of Finance.
